Mary Melcer
President
Ms. Melcer has more than 15 years of managerial experience in the financial services industry. She has extensive experiences in marketing and call center telemarketing. She has led a very successful career in leadership positions for such companies as Republic Bank, Countrywide Funding, FT Mortgage Company as well as Lighthouse Credit Foundation. Ms. Melcer attended Daytona Beach Community College and Randolph Macon Women's College, majoring in mathematics. Ms. Melcer is a volunteer for many charitable organizations in the Tampa Bay area and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Pinellas County Education Foundation, as well as the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast.

Matthew Varner
Executive Finance Director
Varner is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. In 2003, he received a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Shortly after, he relocated to Tampa, Florida to accept a Senior Auditor position with Hacker, Johnson and Smith PA. There, he audited the internal controls and financial data of SEC reporting companies, banks, commercial clients and not-for-profits, while assisting in the preparation of client financial statements. In 2005, Matthew became an Associate at KPMG, LLP, where he audited the internal controls and financial data of several companies. He assisted clients in performing SOX 404-related test work, including understanding the client’s business, identifying key business risks and test of controls. Matthew currently serves as Executive Finance Director for admiNATION, where he is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the internal accounting department, supervising the accounting staff and preparing monthly financial statements for our clients.

Shelley J. Newman
HR Advisor
Newman has over 10 years of demonstrated growth and success in the Human Resources field. In 1997, she accepted a Recruiting Coordinator position with Bank of America in Tampa, Florida. She was responsible for supporting banking and call center managers, while successfully recruiting qualified candidates. Two years later she became Branch Manager with Capital Leasing where she managed the daily office operations and client database, and successfully recruited candidates. Shelley became a Human Resources Generalist for Republic Bank and later for MCS of Tampa. In 2004, she became Human Resources Manager for a local credit and debt consolidation organization and later accepted a position with admiNATION as HR Advisor. Some of Shelley’s duties include reviewing, updating and creating company policies, guiding and training managers on performance planning, preparing annual reviews and monitoring and maintaining the employee benefits programs. Shelley is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Kieran C. Quinn
Business Development
Kieran C. Quinn has nearly eight years of experience dealing with customer and community relations. He is currently responsible for business development for admiNATION. He is actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and attends events ranging from ribbon-cutting ceremonies to lunches and after-hours networking events. In 2007, Quinn was recognized three separate times for his networking capabilities. Free Networking International honored him with two awards for the "Most Seen Networker" and "Most Helpful Networker." Prior to his work with admiNATION, Quinn served as the Community Relations Representative for Lighthouse Credit Foundation and was recognized with the "Commitment to Career Development" award. Quinn also worked in the customer service arena as an Office Specialist with Pinellas County Utilities. Aside from assisting customers, he provided research and information to support his superiors in their daily operations. In addition to his involvement with community relations, he worked as a sewer technician in Latham, New York, performing maintenance on both commercial and residential lines. Quinn also served as a Specialist in the Army National Guard from 1987 to 1993. He was honored with the Army Achievement Medal in 1990 and again with the Army Commendation Medal in 1991. He is a native of New York and graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Business from State University of New York at Brockport, Regents College. Prior to receiving his Bachelors, he earned an Associates degree in Applied Sciences from Hudson Valley Community College.
